What you'll do
Talent Acquisition & Recruiting
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for roles across the Company, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
- Partner with hiring managers and executives to anticipate future hiring needs and build proactive recruitment strategies.
- Design inclusive interview guides and train hiring managers on best practices in candidate assessment.
- Develop multi-channel sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, job boards, referrals, networking events, and recruitment marketing).
- Maintain and develop talent pipelines, ensuring readiness for hard-to-fill and high-priority positions.
- Conduct resume screening, behavioral interviews, and technical assessments, providing detailed candidate evaluations.
- Oversee job postings, candidate communications, interview scheduling, and final offer negotiations.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates.
Employer Branding & Outreach
- Promote the Company's employer brand through engaging content on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other social media platforms.
- Build relationships with universities, career services, and industry groups to expand our talent pipeline for internships and entry-level roles.
- Lead internship program coordination, including recruiting, onboarding, and program evaluation.
- Engage in veteran hiring programs and fostering partnerships with veteran employment services.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure recruitment practices align with labor laws, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) standards, and Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) regulations, maintaining a fair and merit-based hiring process.
- Track and analyze key hiring metrics, such as time to fill, cost per hire, and quality of hire, to optimize recruitment strategies and ensure transparent, data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate job descriptions and salary benchmarks using tools like Pay Factors, ensuring competitive and equitable compensation practices.
Fair Hiring & Equal Opportunity in Recruitment
- Implement best hiring practices that emphasize equal opportunity, transparency, and merit-based selection. Ensure candidates are evaluated based on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
- Partner with HR leadership to track hiring trends and refine inclusive, unbiased recruitment strategies that attract top talent from diverse backgrounds.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local hiring regulations, fostering a workplace that values fairness, professionalism, and equal opportunities for all employees.
Onboarding & Employee Classification
- Support new hire onboarding, including documentation, background checks, and E-Verify.
- Work with HR and hiring managers to ensure new employees have the resources and support they need from day one.
- Maintain compliance with proper employee classification and contract agreements.
What We're Looking For
Technical Skills & Tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis for tracking recruitment metrics and optimizing hiring strategies.
- Experience utilizing social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter) to collaborate with the Marketing team in promoting employer branding and job postings.
- Familiarity with employer branding tools such as Canva to create engaging recruitment content.
- ATS & HR Tech Expertise: Experience with BambooHR ATS and compensation benchmarking tools like Pay Factors.
Education and Qualifications
- Experience: 3 years in talent acquisition, preferably in IT or IT healthcare.
- Tech-Savvy: Strong understanding of IT roles, industry trends, and recruitment best practices.
- HR & Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with employment laws, classification regulations, and OFCCP requirements.
- Assertive Communication: Ability to engage with candidates, hiring managers, and executives.
- Strategic Thinking: A data-driven mindset to improve hiring strategies and build long-term talent pipelines.
- Employer Branding: Experience promoting job openings and company culture on social media and hiring platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or LinkedIn Recruiter certification is a plus.
- Experience using AI-driven recruitment tools and data analytics in hiring.
