Ready Equipment is seeking an exceptional Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to work full time in our Meredith, NH store.

Experience in equipment rentals or sales is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.
Ready Equipment is New Hampshire’s trusted source for equipment rentals and sales. We provide construction equipment and tool rentals, sell and service outdoor power equipment for both residential and commercial use, and handle sales and service of contractor jobsite equipment.
Inside Sales / CSR Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in and phone customers with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Provide quotes, book rentals, and process returns accurately and efficiently.
- Handle counter sales of parts and accessories.
- Sell outdoor power equipment and related accessories.
- Help maintain store stock levels and ensure a clean, organized store environment.
- Assist with store reports and paperwork.
- Operate computer systems and software for sales, rentals, and payment processing (credit card and cash).
Requirements:
- Highly reliable and punctual.
- Friendly, team-oriented personality with the ability to work independently and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to providing a great customer experience.
- Comfortable using general computer software and technology.
- Willingness to learn about power equipment and rental products.
- Availability to work Saturdays on a rotating schedule (1–2 Saturdays per month).
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,872.40 - $55,244.18 per year
