This is a 1099 independent contractor role with uncapped commission potential .
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, case managers, and community organizations.
- Promote our home health services to increase referrals and patient admissions.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic marketing plans.
- Conduct presentations, networking events, and one-on-one meetings with referral partners.
- Track and report marketing efforts and referral trends.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
