Job SummaryThe Director, Brand Management, will beresponsible for developing and executing effective strategies to optimizeproduct categories, drive profitable sales growth, support customer marketingplans, and strengthen consumer satisfaction. This role involves analyzingmarket trends, fully understanding the brand and product P&Ls, and workingcross-functionally to achieve financial and operational excellence withinassigned categories. This role will support the snacks division. Job Responsibilities
- Build, develop, and implement strategies toachieve sales, profit, and market share goals that align with annual Companygoals.
- Track and analyze category performance,including sales, margins, and inventory metrics.
- Use data-driven insights and leverage syndicateddata reports to adjust strategies as needed and ensure profitability.
- In collaboration with the Sales Team, defineproduct assortments, pricing, marketing tactics, and promotional strategiesbased on data and market insights.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape,and customer preferences to make informed decisions.
- Identify emerging opportunities or gaps withinassigned categories.
- Oversee product management, including packaging,merchandising, and retail display strategies.
- Manage and execute brand marketing strategies,including brand promotional events and initiatives, in retail and wholesalechannels.
- Assist in expanding the retail, wholesale, andonline sales channels.
- Evaluate customer business reviews that assesscategory performance and develop strategies for growth.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Operations,Finance, and other cross-functional teams in the demand planning, inventorymanagement, and forecasting processes.
- Support and help coordinate retail producton-boarding and field events, including in-store launch activities andpartnerships that help the brand reach target consumers.
- Monitor market opportunities and competitorstrategies. QualificationsEducation : Bachelor's degree in marketing, supply chain, or another related field.
- Experience : 5 years of previous experience inconsumer product brand management in the food and beverage industry. Experiencewith retail promotions and event management is also required.
- Previous management and leadership experience ispreferred.
- Proficient in using category management tools,analytics platforms, and Microsoft Excel, with strong data and analyticalskills.
- Proven experience with successful customerpresentations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills tocollaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
