Position Summary :
The Claims and Workers’ Compensation Coordinator is a key member of our Legal Department and is critical to Bonduelle’s ongoing growth and success. As a business partner, you will oversee claims relating to workers’ compensation, general liability, auto, property, and other business areas.. You will drive investigation, management, and resolution of claims by working with multiple departments across the Company and with our insurers and TPAs. You will also oversee the company’s insurance portfolio and serve as the point of contact for our insurance companies and corporate stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
Workers' Compensation Coordination :
- Administer the company’s workers’ compensation program, including : serving as primary Company contact for workers’ compensation; overseeing and tracking claims; coordinating inquiries and documents needs; maintaining claim records; communicating with counsel, TPAs, and policy administrators; reviewing and improving workers’ compensation processes; and ensuring internal and external compliance.
- Uphold effective workers’ compensation systems, including : ensure workers’ compensation activities comply with internal and regulatory requirements; maintain records and prepare detailed reports for internal review and external audits; and stay informed of changes in workers’ compensation and insurance regulations and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
