Position Summary :
The Corporate Quality & Food Safety Specialist is an individual contributor that is responsible for supporting food safety and quality within the Bonduelle manufacturing pillar, under Corporate Quality & Food Safety. The position will work to support both business / functional priorities and key food safety / quality programs, including profitability / productivity initiatives, troubleshooting, technical support, risk mitigation efforts, project management, specification optimization, continuous improvement, etc.
What you will Do :
- Responsible for supporting Food Safety and Quality improvement efforts for key programs / customers, including business priorities, program / process continuous improvement, etc.
- Assist in driving actions that contribute to improvements in key performance metrics.
- Provide technical and project management support to improve Food Safety and Quality programs and minimize organizational risks.
- Optimize the specifications management system, including new raw / finished good commodities, specification enrichment opportunities, gap resolution, process improvements, etc.
- Support any organizational needs related to internal / external visits, meetings, presentations, where required.
- Support stakeholders by driving program / process alignment, collaboration and improvement, including root cause analysis, corrective actions, troubleshooting, risk assessments, etc.
- Special projects or other duties, as required / assigned
