Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure that Ready Roofer attracts and hires top talent across a variety of roles. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled recruiter to contribute to the growth and success of a leading roofing company.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive Recruitment Strategy: Identify, source, and engage top-tier candidates for a variety of roles across the organization.
  
• Full-Cycle Recruiting: From posting job openings and reviewing resumes to conducting interviews and extending offers, you'll own the process from start to finish.
  
• Build Relationships: Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and find the perfect fit for each team.
  
• Leverage Technology: Use innovative tools and platforms to find, connect with, and engage potential candidates.
  
• Represent Our Brand: Be the face of our company to job seekers, embodying our culture and values in every interaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience with full-cycle recruitment, preferably in fast-paced industries.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources, ideally in construction or a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interview processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Familiarity with construction or roofing industry roles is a plus, but not required.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving and candidate management.

Additional Information: This position is non-exempt for the purposes of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), meaning it is eligible for overtime pay based on the number of hours worked beyond 40 in a workweek (or as determined by state law).
