This is an exciting time to join our growing speech team and Ready Set GO Therapy family. You will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and develop new skills as a Speech Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow on our team at our brand new and fully equipped Sausalito clinic and our newly expanded Novato clinic! This dynamic position includes the chance to work in a variety of settings including clinic, outdoor groups, and schools.
Ready Set GO Therapy is therapist-run and has been serving children and families in Marin and the greater bay area since 2008. We have a strong reputation in the community, and the culture at Ready Set GO Therapy encourages individual professional development, collaboration with other professionals, and ideas for new program development. We also provide a robust ongoing mentorship program.
This unique position is a full-time or part-time opportunity.

Requirements :
Responsibilities of the SLP or CF : (Included, but not limited to)
Evaluation and treatment of all aspects of speech, language, and pragmatics
Opportunity to work on an interdisciplinary team
Family and community education
Communication with community professionals
Extensive collaboration with onsite OT's
Lead in-clinic play groups or community-based social groups
Potential to lead our Friendship Explorations summer camps and outdoor groups
Work alongside OT's in a multidisciplinary pediatric clinic
