Key Responsibilities:
- Directly supervise and manage field crews and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
- Implement health and safety measures and ensure compliance with project work plans.
- Manage labor and equipment time to maximize productivity and adhere to budgets.
- Communicate professionally with clients to coordinate schedules and project requirements.
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment as needed for project execution.
- Oversee the delivery and offloading of supplies and materials required for projects.
- Complete field reports to track project progress and document activities.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Familiarity with best practices in commercial and environmental construction, including work sequencing.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, project plans, and special provisions necessary for project completion.
- Ability to read and interpret site maps and project instructions.
- Strong leadership skills for effective crew management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma, GED, or vocational school education
- Minimum 3 years of construction supervisory experience.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record per company policy.
- Ability to pass a background check
- Periodic and random drug and alcohol testing is required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work under extreme weather conditions, including high and low temperatures.
- Tasks may involve bending, lifting, walking, and carrying, with the ability to lift 50 to 100 pounds.
