Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role involves a variety of tasks focused on maintaining and enhancing the landscape and grounds of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for outdoor maintenance. Responsibilities will include tree trimming, landscape maintenance, and general groundskeeping duties to ensure our environment is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Responsibilities

• Perform tree trimming and care to maintain healthy growth and appearance.
• Conduct regular landscape maintenance, including mowing, weeding, and planting.
• Operate power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks.
• Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
• Build and maintain garden structures as needed.
• Carry out groundskeeping duties such as cleaning pathways, removing debris, and ensuring safety in outdoor areas.
• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute landscaping projects.

Experience

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred.
• Familiarity with tree care techniques and equipment operation.
• Proficiency in using power tools related to landscaping tasks.
• Knowledge of lawn care practices, including fertilization and pest control.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
