We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Manager, Communications to lead our communications strategy and elevate Ready’s voice. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned communications professional with experience in the SaaS industry, skilled in both external and internal communications, media relations, and content strategy. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our narrative, driving brand awareness, and ensuring clear, consistent messaging across all platforms.
About your role at Ready
Owns external communications on Ready Branding to current and future customers.
Keeps Ready ultra-crisp across mediums, and ensures every word of every touchpoint sizzles; especially in killer short form writing (X, memes, short videos vs. press releases).
Pick up and carry the ball on our Product Language & Media Production, workshopping with leads on the key points; the ideal person has strong creative synthesis.
Capable manager to train up current team members; influence cross-functionally at the executive level.
Takes an obsessive focus on advancing business goals to create relationship-forward strategies & craft narratives to the right audiences.
Executes Ready's founder-led communication strategy, leveraging our founder's voice and vision to authentically convey Ready’s mission, build brand trust, and engage key audiences.
Leads the communications strategy with a data-driven approach, using analytics to optimize messaging, track engagement, and ensure impactful, results-oriented communication initiatives.

High IQ and direct communicator, ideally trained in psychology, communications, and digital media.
