At ReadyCare our Medication Technicians/Caregivers are responsible for the following:
- Maintaining medication stock, E-MAR and administered the medications.
- Reviewing patients' progress and the effects of medication in the resident.
- Performing cleaning of room and equipment.
- Keeping records of resident details, medication, billing and other activities.
- Providing direct patient care, such as bathing, dressing, feeding , and transferring residents.

Skills
Skills/Qualifications
- Proficient in medical documentation and record keeping
- Experience in home care or independent/assisted living facility preferred
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures and protocols
- Strong patient care skills and ability to provide compassionate support
- Ability to be punctual and have good attendance
- High school diploma/GED
- Reliable Transpiration
