Your Role:

  • Drive market share growth and increase revenue in your territory.
  • Sell industry-leading new and used construction equipment.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with contractors, rental companies, and construction firms.
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities and consistently hit or exceed sales quotas.
  • SPEND 85% OF YOUR TIME IN THE FIELD—this is an active, customer-facing role.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred, but not required.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other associates to achieve sales goals.
  • Proficient in customer service.
  • Ability to work independently.
