Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction by providing timely, accurate, and efficient support. Leveraging in-depth product knowledge and strong communication skills, the representative will effectively address customer inquiries, process orders, and collaborate with sales and other teams to exceed customer expectations. Experience with Order Entry is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide comprehensive assistance to both internal and external customers, promptly addressing inquiries related to order status, product information, and troubleshooting.
- Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders, changes, and returns, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Customer Feedback: Proactively gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance service quality.
- Sales Team Partnership: Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide exceptional service, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on providing exceptional experiences
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using office software and customer relationship management systems
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a sales or customer-facing role
- Knowledge of company products and programs is a plus
Additional Duties and Responsibilities, Representative but not limited to:
- General Office Admin assistance
- Assist with order fulfillment and shipping coordination
- Create and manage customer service tickets
- Submit dropship orders and bundle creations
- Coordinate with accounting on monthly charges
- Generate and analyze reports as needed
Work Environment:
The Customer Service Representative will work in a professional office environment, utilizing standard office equipment.
Position Type and Hours:
This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00
