ReadyWork Inc. is looking for a Bilingual Parts Specialist for a temp-to-hire, where you will play a crucial role in our client's operations. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the overall task of a well-known and busy Farm Equipment Supply store.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with purchases and inquiries, in person and over the phone
- Prepare outgoing shipments by picking items from inventory, packaging securely, and labeling accurately.
- Utilize systems to track inventory and update shipping records.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment to move and store materials.
- Collaborate with the team to fulfill customer orders promptly and accurately.
- Maintain organized stock areas, ensuring proper storage and easy accessibility.
Skills:
- Customer Service a plus will be assisting the front counter
- Capability of lifting 50lbs
- Experienced with shipping and receiving
- Familiarity with Inventory, scanners
- Computer savvy, Outlook and inventory systems
