Maintenance Supervisor

ReadyWork Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations for a Food Manufacturing company in Tulare, CA This is a Direct Hire position. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the food industry. Minimum of 3 years of experience.

Duties:

- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians

- Implement preventive maintenance programs for equipment and facility

- Be acquainted with food safety requirements and auditing

- Work alongside Maintenance Manager and work closely with Operations

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols

- Schedule preventative maintenance and performing

- Troubleshoots mechanical and electrical failures and implements repairs

Requirements:

- Bilingual is a Plus

- Preventative maintenance scheduling and performing

- 3-5 years Supervisory experience

- Able to read mechanical and electrical drawings and schematics

- Be able to manage a team of up to 45 employees
