About the Role

As an Accounting Manager at Real Books CPA, you will be responsible for managing a "pod" of clients. This includes ensuring all accounting and tax tasks are meticulously planned, prioritized, and completed on time with exceptional quality.

While most manager roles in accounting are focused on review and client communication, we assign each of our managers a Director of Client Success who will handle the call and email burden, allowing you to focus on the numbers!

Why Join Us?

We are transforming the accounting industry by bringing creativity and a proactive mindset to the forefront. Our dynamic approach not only drives better outcomes for our clients but also ensures that our team enjoys a balanced work-life, free from weekend and overtime demands.
