Tax Manager – Corporate Focus

What You’ll Do :
- Lead corporate tax engagements and ensure all compliance deadlines are met.
- Review and prepare corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns (varying complexities).
- Oversee tax provisions in line with ASC 740, including deferred tax provisions.
- Assist clients with quarterly and year-end estimates for strategic tax planning.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, serving as a trusted tax advisor.
- Manage engagement planning, workflow delegation, and team efficiency.
- Take charge of engagement profitability, including billing and collections.
- Train and mentor team members, fostering professional growth.
- Identify growth opportunities for the tax practice and contribute to business development.
