COMPENSATION : $14.00 / hour plus potential for additional bonuses.
SUMMER CONSTRUCTION LABORER POSITION : We are seeking a dedicated crew to support our Maintenance Department with property upkeep, apartment turnovers, and unit preparation. This is a seasonal position which would conclude in Mid August and ideal for individuals who are hardworking, reliable, and ready to take on a physically active role.
SUMMER CONSTRUCTION LABORER RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Remove debris and trash from units.
- Move, rearrange, and dispose of furniture as needed.
- Power wash building exteriors.
- Paint apartment units and hallways.
- Assist with general property cleanup and trash removal.
- Additional tasks may be assigned based on experience in construction or maintenance.
