Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our Front Desk Support Staff. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk while providing exceptional customer service and support to office staff. Position is part time, Mondays and Tuesdays, 9-5, alternating Saturdays 9-12.
Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls promptly, managing inquiries and directing calls to appropriate personnel.

- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Assist with tasks such as data entry, emails, text.
