Job Summary
Join Our Dynamic Real Estate Team! An independent real estate brokerage is looking for a talented Content Creator/Graphic Designer to support our Marketing Department! This role offers the potential to become a full-time position after the training phase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director to develop and design marketing materials for social media, print, email campaigns, website, and video content.
- Create, plan, and manage social media content to enhance brand visibility.
- Update and maintain website content.
- Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines.
- Provide administrative and marketing support to agents and office staff.
- Manage marketing projects and ensure timely completion.
- Assist in maintaining office policies and other tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Creative and skilled designer with an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Mailchimp (or other email marketing platforms).
- Experience with WordPress templates and website management.
- Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills.
- Bilingual preferred (Spanish & English).
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design.
- Portfolio showcasing your best work.
