Duties
- To ensure exceptional customer service and efficient operations.
- Manage Transaction Coordinating on files for agents.
- Oversee the cleanliness of the office.
- Creating newspaper ads.
- Help with our PR committee.
- Provide support and help for our agents.
- Work closely with the operations manager to help complete backend work.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role within the real estate industry.
- Excellent customer service skills while maintaining a friendly and positive attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
