Real Estate Company in Washington NC seeks a Managing Broker that is currently licensed in North Carolina and is Broker In Charge eligible. The Managing Broker's most important responsibility is to provide leadership, training, mentoring, coaching, management, and supervision of the Sales Associates working in their office. The Managing Broker should lead by example as an expert on the core competencies of what it takes to be a very successful real estate professional in today's market environment.
Primary responsibilities of the Managing Broker are as follows:
*Utilize, support, and follow through on the training, systems, and career development opportunities offered by the company.
* Track office goals and individual agent goals.
* Assist and support agents and staff with any problems that come up and provide solutions *Develop and maintain a close working relationship with all staff and agents.
* Office overhead and expense management.
* Focus on retaining current agents and recruiting new agents to the company
