What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Coordinator position at Real Estate Developer?
A Sales Coordinator is in-charge of the recruitment, training and development of real estate brokers which will in turn grow his / her network and eventually translate to sales.
Some duties many include but are not limited to attending broker-client meetings, preparing sales documents, and providing assistive support to brokers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Promote company's projects by conducting regular recruitment activities for new and active real estate brokers
Participate in events and activities of various broker group and associations while promoting project awareness
Conduct regular visits to realties and offices of various brokerage firms
Conduct project briefing, training, and site orientation to all interested brokers and their marketing partners
Ensure that individual sales quotas are achieved with a mínimal cancellation rate
Able to send daily activity reports to upper sales management

QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of any four (4) year course
At least two (2) years' experience in broker management in the real estate industry with a proven sales record and existing broker network to tap / expand
Outgoing, highly sociable, and good interpersonal skills
Familiar with various digital marketing platforms and computer literate
Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills
Must have an excellent grasp of the English language (oral and written)
