Commercial Real Estate Analyst

The Finders Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a Financial Analyst / Manager for our client, a Real Estate Development Firm located in Wilmington, Delaware. The Financial Analyst / Manager will play a key role in driving business and strategy in a fast-paced and pedigreed asset management environment.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- MBA, MSRE is preferred
- 5 years of asset management experience in office and or multi-family product.
- Corporate finance experience, including forecasting, cash flow analysis, financial modeling and capital budgeting
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with a strong attention to detail
- Strong with ARGUS, MS Word and Excel
- Excellent communicator with effective and persuasive negotiation skills
Experience interacting with lenders and institutional equity investors is preferred. Strong analytical abilities including lease negotiation, property management, financial, tenant relationship, and analyzing problems, identifying multiple resolution scenarios and presentation of recommendations.
