What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Buyers Agent position at Real Estate Equities?
This starts off part time
NO LICENSE REQUIRED as you will be purchasing assets in 36 states.
- you will be buying assets on behalf of the fund. NO LICENSE REQUIRED
- you will use our proprietary system to purchase assets.
- you will be given 1mm to start with of capital to deploy for purchases PER MONTH
- you will get a % of each property you purchase.
- 0-100k = 2%
- 100k-500k = 1.5%
- 500k-700k = 1%
- we pay next day upon closing.
- you will buy in 36 states
- you do not need to hang your license with us.
- There is no travelling
- We are supplying the leads of REO to purchase from our proprietary system
