Job Title: Full-Time In-House Videographer

Location: Wasatch Front, Utah

About the Role:
Real Estate Essentials is looking for a talented and creative full-time Videographer to join our in-house production team. As part of Utah’s fastest-growing real estate brokerage, you will play a vital role in capturing and showcasing the most sell-worthy features of homes along the Wasatch Front. Your work will not only elevate the visual appeal of real estate listings but also contribute to the production of a weekly television show broadcasted across Utah.

Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality video footage of Wasatch Front homes for real estate listings.
• Collaborate with agents to highlight a home’s most sell-worthy attributes.
• Produce engaging home tour videos for a local television show.
• Create short-form social media reels featuring home locations and key selling points.
• Conduct post-production tasks, including color correction, sound editing, and adding music or voiceovers as needed.
• Take professional-quality photos of homes for MLS listings upon agent request.
• Work with the production team to create a weekly television show aired on local networks like ABC4 and Telemundo.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in video production, videography, and post-production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of film techniques, lighting, composition, and sound design.
• Experience with photography is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Requirements:

• Must provide personal videography equipment.
• Camera Requirements: APSC/Full Frame. 4k 60fps 10 bit. 16mm focal length or equivalent. ND filter. Gimble
• Drone Requirements: 4k 60fps
• Microphone Requirements: (Employee can provide if needed) Dual set of portable microphones. Broad-quality XLR mic.
• Employer will provide access to professional editing equipment.

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
