Become a part of the Real Estate Exchange Company as a motivated and passionate Buyers Agent at our Lunenburg office, situated at 54 Chase Rd. In this vital role, you will assist clients in discovering their ideal homes and making well-informed real estate choices. Your responsibilities will include understanding client needs, offering expert guidance, and supporting them throughout the entire home-buying journey. If you have a passion for real estate, possess outstanding communication skills, and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!
The $1,000 sign-on bonus is awarded after 60 days and can be used for REE merchandise and marketing.
Responsibilities
- Lead generate 15 hours a week
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in script practice and other team activities
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
- Track activities and clients through Brivity
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
