What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager position at Real Estate Executive Search, Inc.?
Seeking candidates to interview for the position of Property Manager for a 600 unit, B -class, market rate apartment property located in the greater La Grange area of Illinois, in the southwest suburbs of Chicago. The position will directly supervise a large staff of 15 office and maintenance employees.
To be qualified, you must have at least 10 total years of market-rate, multifamily management experience with at least 3 full years as a property manager for 350 or more market rate units simultaneously. Qualified candidates should also have significant renovation / capital projects experience. Candidates should also have strong interpersonal skills and communication skills for working well with tenants and staff.
Currently property is running well with a strong staff and an occupancy of 92 %.
