Responsibilities:
- Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports.
- Pay independent contractors and 3rd. party vendors.
- Perform daily audits, to ensuring reconciling every day.
- Create new processes to improve financial efficiency.
- Review files in Company software and maintain records and compliance.
- Previous experience in accounting is a must.
- Fundamental knowledge of Real Estate Transactions.
- Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
- Detail and deadline-oriented, accuracy focused.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Prioritizes a healthy work place and culture.
