What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Analyst position at Real Estate Investment Firm?

MUST HAVE REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE
1-2 years of HIGHLY ANALYTICAL experience REQUIRED from Big 4, IB, PE or Real Estate Investor
Financial modeling, valuation and quantitative skills REQUIRED.
Support variety of internal teams (asset management, investment, investor relations, and operations) at this middle market investor.
Develop and maintain complex cash flow models across a range of property sectors.
Monitor property performance, operations, and variances to budget on an ongoing basis.
Conduct scenario analyses for disposition, financing, and recapitalization opportunities with respect to investments.
Collaborate with senior management to execute business plans and present information for strategic decisions.
