Duties

- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, to ensure easy access to information.
- Utilize Google Suite applications for document creation, spreadsheet management, and presentations.
- Support medical receptionist duties as needed, including patient check-in and appointment scheduling.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects and provide personal assistant support when required.
Skills
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Effective phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist is a plus but not required.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience as a personal assistant is advantageous.
- Familiarity with administrative procedures and office management practices.
- Ability to efficiently file documents both digitally and physically.
