Our client, a prestigious commercial property management company, is seeking an outstanding and friendly Commercial Property Administrator located in DTC Denver.
The Property Administrator is involved in all aspects of managing important relationships with tenants and property owners. The Property Administrator supports the on-site, day-to-day property management functions of a commercial office building(s) by performing tasks in the areas of:
Duties:
- The Property Management Administrative Assistant position will work as a team member with a heavy focus on positive support to the concerns of tenants, while supporting the Property Manager through the following responsibilities.
- Assist with the management of industrial, office, mixed-use.
- File management, correspondence, and tenant/vendor communications.
- Day-to-day interaction with tenants.
- Assist with budget and Cam REC package assembly.
- Coordination of tenant maintenance issues and requests.
- Maintain current insurance certificates for tenants and vendors.
- Assist with coding invoices and facilitate tenant billbacks on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Assist with property inspections and site visits as requested.
- Assist the Sr. Property Manager and owner with special projects.
From assisting with managing service contracts and vendor management, to completing property maintenance requests and making recommendations, you’ll have the opportunity to share your innovative ideas to continually improve how the commercial properties managed!
Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate would have administrative experience in either or both the Real Estate industry and/or the Property Management Industry.
- Must have a professional demeanor and be self-motivated
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat Pro).(Required)
- Experienced using Dropbox for file share.
- Experience with scheduling and coordination tools like [specific tools, e.g., Google Calendar, Microsoft Teams].
- Strong understanding of basic IT troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
- Ability to manage digital filing systems and databases efficiently.
- In this role you will not be the first point of contact, ideal candidate will be motivated and proactive.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills; detail oriented; ability to multi-task.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a variety of different individuals both inside and outside of the company.
- Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
