About Us: Our client is a renowned property management company specializing in luxury properties. We are currently seeking an experienced Lease-Up Specialist to join their dynamic team for a high-end property under construction and nearing the lease-up phase.
Job Summary: The Lease-Up Specialist will play a crucial role in managing the leasing process for a luxury property. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in luxury lease-ups and experience working on properties under construction.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in luxury lease-up roles.
- Construction Knowledge: Experience working on properties under construction is highly preferred.
- Detail Orientation: Strong ability to assist with unit inspections and coordinate with maintenance.
- Marketing Skills: Proven track record in marketing properties effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Luxury Lease-Up Expertise: Utilize a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in luxury lease-up to effectively manage and drive the leasing process.
- Construction Coordination: Collaborate with maintenance teams to perform unit inspections, including blue-taping and finalizing units before they are released.
- Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the property within the community and attract high-quality tenants.
- Detail Orientation: Assist with unit inspections and coordinate with maintenance to ensure all units meet luxury standards.
