Tenant Coordinator Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility for all customer service and tenant relations, including first point of contact for tenant requests and coordinating all service calls and follow-up of the same
Management of on-site management office, including phones, office services, and managing all visitors to the project
Preparing lease abstracts, maintaining insurance certificates, accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P), monitoring vendors’ activities, and managing security systems and controls
Maintenance of electronic and hard copy files
Assist with the management and maintenance of 453,565 square feet of life science product, ensuring the income is maximized, expenses controlled, and the value of the asset is maintained by sustaining occupancy through the highest level of service to the tenants
Assist with the marketing efforts of the project team members to ensure timely leasing and optimum levels of renewals of existing tenants
Regularly assist in the inspection of the asset to ensure the property is maintained at an optimum level and safeguard the security and protection of all tenants and visitors
Investigate and resolve tenant complaints promptly and professionally
Oversee and enhance properties to maximize return on investment
Ensure timely processing of all work orders and repair requests
Enforce property and association rules and regulations with consistency
Maintain accurate records and reports related to tenant interactions and property maintenance
Tenant Coordinator Qualifications:
Previous experience in property management or related fields
Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
Strong ability to build rapport with tenants and address their needs
Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Word and Excel; experience with Yardi platform preferred
2 years of relevant work experience in commercial real estate or property management
Strong commitment to meeting deadlines, integrity, work ethic, and leadership qualities
