We are looking for an experienced HR Leader to develop and oversee all aspects of our human resources function, including :
- Hiring & Recruiting – Source and hire top talent for our coaching, sales, marketing, and operations teams, including virtual assistants.
- Onboarding & Training – Develop onboarding processes to ensure new hires integrate smoothly and efficiently into their roles.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) – Implement and maintain clear, scalable HR systems and SOPs to optimize company workflows.
- International & Remote Workforce Management – Support and manage a fully remote, global team while ensuring compliance with international employment laws.
- Culture & Employee Experience – Foster a positive work culture that supports team engagement and productivity.
- Performance & Compensation – Implement performance management strategies and bonus structures to reward high achievers.
