Administrative Assistant – Forest Hills Property Management Office has an opening for an Administrative Assistant
Applicant must be a self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced office and possess the ability to Multitask.
Applicant should be service oriented and have the ability to provide outstanding customer service to residents as well as possessing exemplary communication and computer skills.
Duties include but are not limited to assisting property managers with various tasks, interaction with vendors, residents and board members, filing.
SKILLS
- Must possess a minimum of 5 years’ administrative experience.
- Computer Literate
- Proficient in MS Office
- Working knowledge of office equipment, printers and fax machines.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
