Handyman needed for Cooperative property in Eastchester, New York
Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Ability to perform minor plumbing and electrical jobs.
- Must be able to clear clogged drains with a snake.
- Maintain heating equipment.
- Ability to use power washer, snow blower, buffing machine.
- Supervision of staff.
- Maintain cleanliness of building/property, interior and common areas.
- Available during snow storms.
This is a Union position, Local 32BJ. Union regulated salary and benefits.
Hours are 7AM - 4PM Tuesday through Saturday.
