What are the responsibilities and job description for the On-Site Property Manager position at Real Estate Property Management.?
On Site Manager - Westchester County
- Must have 5 years experience as a Co-operative and/or Condominium Property Manager
- Applicant should be service oriented
- Have the ability to provide outstanding customer service to residents
- Possess exemplary communication skills
- Have knowledge of the budgetary process as it pertains to operating and capital expenditures
Duties include but not limited to the following:
- Supervision of building staff
- Weekly inspections of property
- Interaction with vendors, residents and board members
- Attendance at monthly board meetings and annual meetings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
