RETS Associates, on behalf of our client, an established CRE investment manager with $3BN in AUM and a 25-year track record, is looking to add a talented real estate Financial Analyst in Costa Mesa, CA . This role has diverse exposure and is an incredible opportunity for a 1-2 year experienced CRE analyst. The responsibilities of the role will be financial modeling and analysis primarily focused on asset management of office buildings, industrial flex and multifamily assets in various markets across the U.S. The role will report to an EVP who leads the asset management group.
Responsibilities :
- Financial modeling (Argus and Excel based) to facilitate the management of existing office assets including updating Argus cash flow projections, lease review, financial review, rent roll review, review of CPRs, and updating of annual business plans and valuations.
- Property valuation analysis; lease negotiations and analysis and special projects.
- Assist with financing and disposition transactions.
- Monitor and analyze the financial performance of the properties and portfolios.
Qualifications :
Compensation : $90k DOE and bonus
Salary : $90,000
