What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Real Estate Title Office?
We are seeking a Rock Star Administrative Assistant professional, must be fluent in English and Spanish and is a fast learner. Real Estate background is ideal. The position is primarily work in the office and the candidate would be based in Tysons Corner with a Monday to Friday schedule. Hours from 9am to 2pm.
Candidates for this position are friendly, energetic, self-motivated, and extremely detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Must have proficient command of technology and be computer savvy. Must have excellent communication skills, comfortable multi-tasking, and exceptional phone manner.

- Experience in real estate
- Bookkeeping experience is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft software (e.g., Word, Excel)
