What You'll Do:
- Lead Management: Follow up with inbound prospects via email, phone, and other communication methods to generate qualified leads.
- Prospecting: Reach out to local homeowners interested in selling their properties.
- Sales Pipeline: Collaborate with our real estate team to maintain an efficient sales pipeline.
- Recruitment: Assist in recruiting licensed real estate agents to join our dynamic team.
- Reporting: Provide accurate monthly and quarterly sales reports to track our progress toward goals.
- Client Engagement: Qualify leads and ensure prompt responses to meet client needs.
- Database Management: Utilize our CRM to keep lead information up-to-date throughout the sales process.
- Consultation: Work closely with real estate agents to deliver exceptional service from initial contact to closing.
