Job Overview
This is a 1099 position. This is mainly a position that is driving to houses and taking photos of them. A reliable vehicle is required.
- A valid real estate and drivers license is required.

The listing and selling of properties is secondary. When all other work is done, there is assisting with other tasks available. This position does not require listing and selling property but it is an option. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for real estate, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to navigate the complexities of property transactions. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws.
Duties

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and preferences.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends and property values.
- Prepare and present property listings, including marketing materials and online listings.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients.
- Maintain an organized database of client interactions and property listings.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant real estate laws and Fair Housing regulations.
- Collaborate with other professionals, including mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors.
- Conduct property showings and open houses to attract potential buyers or tenants.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or customer service; experience in real estate is a plus.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and real estate law is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with property management practices is advantageous.
- Multilingual abilities are preferred to serve a diverse clientele.
