Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' insurance needs.
- Sales and Policy Management:
- Offer personalized insurance solutions
- Educate clients on policy options, coverage details, and premium costs.
- Process policy applications, renewals, and adjustments.
- Customer Service:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, claims assistance, and policy updates.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to retain clients and build loyalty.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all sales and service activities comply with state insurance laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications
- Education & Licensing:
- Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one within 30 days of employment.
- Experience
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the insurance industry is an asset but NOT REQUIRED.
- Familiarity with various insurance products is a plus
