Job Overview: We’re looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Manager to guide and support our team of Customer Service Representatives in Phoenix. In this role, you’ll ensure that our customers receive high-quality service and that our team has the tools and leadership needed to meet those standards. Responsibilities:

• Lead the recruitment, training, and development of Customer Service Representatives.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring tasks are prioritized and completed efficiently.
• Evaluate and refine customer service processes to improve overall performance.
• Coach your team to resolve customer issues effectively and provide excellent service.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address order-related concerns and ensure smooth communication.
• Cultivate a positive and motivated work environment for the team.
• Demonstrate flexibility by willingly taking on additional duties as assigned.
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• 1 years of experience in a customer service leadership role.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone presence.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Proficiency with email, data input, and basic office software; experience with Google Workspace is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Prior experience in the flooring or construction industry is a plus
