Hours : Monday - Friday 8 : 30am-5 : 30pm (8am-5pm during training)

Job Overview : We are looking to welcome a BILINGUAL professional to oversee the activities of our subcontracted flooring installers for our Birmingham, AL market. This position will focus on dispatching subcontractor work orders, processing inspections and deliveries, and providing support to our subcontractors during installations.
Responsibilities :
- Communicate with our subcontracted flooring installers to assign work orders efficiently.
- Review subcontractor payroll sheets for accuracy, ensuring that all payment details are correct.
- Communicate with subcontractors and colleagues to resolve any work order issues.
- Research issues related to work order chargebacks and warranties.
- Utilize your in-depth knowledge of our products and services to satisfy customers and retain business.
- Interact seamlessly with other Real Floors employees in various roles and functions, including sales, operations, warehouse, inventory, billing, and quality assurance, to provide a positive customer experience.
- Be willing to perform additional duties as necessary to support the team and company goals.
