What You’ll Do:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple branches, ensuring smooth workflows, budget alignment, and strategic goal achievement.
- Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering productivity, professional growth, and accountability while handling HR matters with fairness and care.
- Drive financial performance by evaluating operations, optimizing processes, and addressing challenges proactively.
- Implement company policies, health, and safety standards while maintaining a unified, results-oriented culture across the region.
- Represent RFCI’s commitment to quality and integrity in relationships with customers, vendors, and subcontractors throughout the West Coast.
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a multi-site leadership role, ideally in flooring or construction.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills with a focus on process improvement and results.
- Expertise in key business functions, including HR, finance, and procurement.
- A confident and strategic mindset, balanced with the ability to connect with and motivate diverse teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred.
