We’re expanding into the Phoenix market and need a driven, well-connected Project Manager who can help us establish our presence. This role is more than just managing projects. It’s about winning business, forging relationships, and making an impact in a new market.
As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee commercial flooring projects from bid to completion while ensuring quality execution and profitability. Your ability to build relationships with General Contractors, developers, and clients will be just as critical as your project management skills.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with General Contractors, developers, and key industry contacts.
- Identify and secure new project opportunities, helping us establish a foothold in the Phoenix market.
- Lead projects from bid to completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and profitability.
- Manage change orders, budgets, and schedules to keep projects on track.
- Supervise installation teams to ensure top-tier execution.
- Stay ahead of material inventory and logistical needs.
What You’ll Bring:
- 2 years of experience in a commercial construction role (Project Manager, Superintendent, or Construction Supervisor).
- 3 years in commercial or new construction (non-residential).
- A proven track record of developing business and securing new projects.
- Strong industry relationships with General Contractors or commercial flooring crews.
- A tactical, results-oriented approach to managing projects and solving problems.
