Job description:
- Responsible for providing direct inbound (phone, email, and online chat) customer service for our consumers - it is more about a client experience vs customer service.
- Support clients in their onboarding process
- Support clients with their digital business cards
- Support clients with their social media
- Possibly Lead guided webinars about social media
- Work within our ticketing system - ZOHO Desk
- Work with our community Texting Platform
- Work with Zoom
- Support clients on connecting social media sites to our Dashboard and posting software
- Collaborate with our Influencer Team
- Make updates to client accounts as per request using our Dashboard
- Build strong client relationships and convert into leads
- Achieve client satisfaction and accumulate Google Reviews - we already have over 1000 five star reviews on google.
Job Requirements/ Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or related field
- Experience: Customer support, 2 years (Preferred)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms
- Highly organized and ability to perform in a fast pace environment
- Strong communication skills, meaning you are someone who loves to talk and engage with people
- Good technology aptitudes: Ability to easily learn new platforms
- Must have good problem-solving skills, be able to think on feet
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Must use personal computer for work
- Must submit a video on why you would be a good fit for the position
- Must attend Friday Team Calls at 930am Fridays.
