Job description:

  • Responsible for providing direct inbound (phone, email, and online chat) customer service for our consumers - it is more about a client experience vs customer service.
  • Support clients in their onboarding process
  • Support clients with their digital business cards
  • Support clients with their social media
  • Possibly Lead guided webinars about social media
  • Work within our ticketing system - ZOHO Desk
  • Work with our community Texting Platform
  • Work with Zoom
  • Support clients on connecting social media sites to our Dashboard and posting software
  • Collaborate with our Influencer Team
  • Make updates to client accounts as per request using our Dashboard
  • Build strong client relationships and convert into leads
  • Achieve client satisfaction and accumulate Google Reviews - we already have over 1000 five star reviews on google.

Job Requirements/ Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or related field
  • Experience: Customer support, 2 years (Preferred)
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms
  • Highly organized and ability to perform in a fast pace environment
  • Strong communication skills, meaning you are someone who loves to talk and engage with people
  • Good technology aptitudes: Ability to easily learn new platforms
  • Must have good problem-solving skills, be able to think on feet
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Must use personal computer for work
  • Must submit a video on why you would be a good fit for the position
  • Must attend Friday Team Calls at 930am Fridays.
