Job Opening: Mobility Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team! This role will focus on promoting our services and engaging with the community through strategic outreach, social media, and travel training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Community Outreach: Travel in our service areas and represent the organization in various community settings, building and nurturing relationships with seniors, persons with disabilities, consumers, local groups, businesses, and stakeholders to spread awareness about our services.

• Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance our visibility, including creating content for print, digital media, and email campaigns.

• Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence by creating and posting engaging content across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. Analyze engagement and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Travel Training: Provide support and training for individuals on how to use public transportation effectively, ensuring they have the confidence and skills to navigate the community independently. Assist with travel coordination alerts and technical assistance as needed.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication, public speaking and interpersonal skills

• Experience in social media management and content creation, proficiency in Microsoft Programs and Canva software, data analytics and spreadsheet design.

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• A passion for community outreach and helping others

• Previous experience in marketing or community engagement is a plus

• Ability to travel as needed for outreach and training purposes

• Valid Driver’s License Required

• Bilingual (Spanish/English), preferred

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred. Experience and education can be substituted.
